Products are wrapped carefully to avoid any damage or breakage when your order is shipped from Select Skin. If on opening your parcel you find either an incorrect or damaged product, please email/phone Select Skin within 48 hours. We will refund or give a credit if an order is shipped in error or arrives damaged, including the shipping cost.
If you are not completely happy with any product you have purchased, we do accept returns and exchanges provided the original product is received back to us within 14 days of purchase, and is under 20% used. Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s). Any refund shall be of the purchase price of the actual stock items only. Once we receive your return we will process your refund via the same method that you made your purchase. Postage of returns is to be paid by the customer.
There are no refunds, exchanges or credits if a claim is not made within 14 days from purchase.
The products we stock are medical grade and it is important to always use products as directed on the label. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and call us on 02 8034 2140. Upon receipt of proof of a reaction, we will reimburse you for a full refund, including shipping costs to return the product to us. Receipts must be provided as proof of purchase.
